I work with founder-led early stage PLG startups to install the decision system that's missing—so you stop building in circles and start building what matters.

The Problem You Know Is Real

You're building to keep the team busy. Deep down, you're not sure if anyone will use what you're shipping.

Your team moves fast, but in too many directions. Every feature feels important until it ships and no one notices.

You're the bottleneck for every product decision. Your team waits for you to call it, and you're exhausted from calling everything.

You don't have a velocity problem.
You have a direction problem.

What I Do

I embed as your product authority and install three things:

1.

A user-driven decision system

Stop guessing. I instrument your product, set baselines, and build dashboards that show what actually matters. Every decision becomes evidence-led.

2.

Compressed time-to-value

I map the ideal user journey, find the real "aha moment," and cut everything that delays it. Users should see value in minutes, not weeks.

3.

Focused execution instead of feature sprawl

I help you define one core focus, say "no" with confidence, and remove you from the daily decision loop.

The result:

  • You're freed from product decisions
  • Your team has clarity on what matters
  • You ship less, but every release moves the needle

Who this is for

You're a founder who:

  • Carries every product decision mentally
  • Is ready to delegate product ownership
  • Values judgment over process

Your team:

  • 3-10 people, engineering-heavy
  • No senior product leader with authority

Your product:

  • V1 or V2 exists with real value
  • Users are confused, not uninterested
  • Feature sprawl is creeping in

Who it's Not for

  • Post-Series B teams needing product org management
  • Founders who want options presented, not decisions made
  • Long-term PM-for-hire arrangements
  • Consensus-building and alignment decks

I make decisions and drive outcomes. Expect weekly progress, not status reports.

This works when you're ready to:

Kill features
Trust someone to make the calls
Prioritize user clarity over feature completeness

How I Work

I work in short, high-intensity phases designed to install the systems you're missing and return focus to the team.

1

Diagnosis (Week 1-2)

I embed with your team, audit your product top-to-bottom, and identify exactly where the decision system is broken. No long reports—just a clear diagnosis and a plan to fix it.

2

The Cut (Weeks 3-6)

We strip the product back to its core. I handle the hard conversations, force the trade-offs, and install the instrumentation you need to make decisions with confidence.

3

Cadence Reset (Weeks 7-12+)

We establish a sustainable shipping rhythm. Weekly releases, clear focus, and a decision process that doesn't need you in every meeting. I step out when the system is self-sustaining.

Format:

15-25 hours per week, embedded with decision authority. Weekly syncs with the founder, daily async collaboration with the team.

About

I'm a Product Execution specialist with over a decade of experience turning chaotic roadmaps into high-velocity engines. My background spans from early-stage startups to scaling public companies.

I don't give advice. I make decisions. When founders are stuck in feature debates, watching users churn, or building to keep the team busy rather than to solve user problems, I step in.

I install clarity, bring decision discipline, and leave teams better than I found them.

Currently: Working with 1 founder, capacity for 1 more.
